M&M AL MENHALI AUDITING (‘‘M&M’’) is a professional firm of Chartered Accountants established in UAE in 2001 as an audit, accounting consulting and advisory firm. During the year 2017, we obtained the tax license under the name of MSM Tax consultant for providing Tax consulting and advisory services. M&M group now consists of both auditing and tax advisory service firm. M&M group comprises of a team of experienced professionals with sound background, exposure to International markets and clientele and most importantly, a proven track record. “M&M group” a member of MGI Worldwide which has a network of practices strategically placed throughout the world.
Our registered office is in Dubai with branches in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Sharjah Airport free zone, Hamriyah free zone and in Abu Dhabi.
We are empanelled with all the major Banks in UAE, authorised to act as auditors in free zones and are registered as off shore agents for Jafza offshore and Rak offshore companies.

Partner
Mabkhoot Al Menhali holds a degree in Accounting Management since 1992 and he is a Certified Public Accountant ( CPA) and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He started his public accounting in Abu Dhabi in 1999 and joined M & M Al Menhali Auditing in 2007. He has around 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounting domain in the Oil & Gas industry and he is currently the CFO of National Petroleum Construction Company, NPCC in Abu Dhabi.
Vinayak Aatreya
Head : Audit , Assurance and operations
Vinayak is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant with a keen interest in accounting (US Gaap, IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards), treasury operations and taxation. With experience of 18 years in Audit, Newspaper, Entertainment and Health Care industry, he has handled assignments related to restructuring, process of bidding, setting up of new centres at different locations, planning, process documentation and performance of due diligence related to Merger and Acquisitions and fund raising through debts.
