Auditing - Internal
M&M Al Menhali Auditing professionals are fully equipped to provide internal audit
solutions which primarily include reviewing controls established by the management,
reviewing accounting records for transactions and suggestions for continuous improvement
in controls and best practices. We are appointed by various leading share-brokerage
firms as their compliance officers. We have taken up assignments with respect to various assurance

Consulting
M&M Al Menhali Auditing consulting services include, consulting for sourcing and
structuring finance, preparation of project reports, establishment of business plans,
feasibility studies, profit improvement studies and reporting, free zone services
and formulation of business and financial strategies.
Accounting
Our accounting services include, computerized accounting of
all business transactions to assure that the accounts are prepared in accordance
with
International Financial Reporting
Standards issued by the IASB, interpretations issued by the IFRIC and applicable
requirements of the laws of UAE. We do reconciliation of accounts, periodical management accounts
and reports and preparation of periodical financial statements.
System Implementation and Review
We advise on a wide range of IT related matters, including accounting software,
implementation and review of the smooth running of the system by establishing adequate
internal controls.
